  1. When I searched at Yahoo in foreign sites, they do display their search results in foreign languages though you need to be in the foreign site of the Yahoo to get the results. You might get similar results in foreign languages sites in Yahoo US. In other search engine, MSN, I find some foreign language search results.

  2. Yes, AltaVista’s Babelfish will translate a Web page or a whole Web site. When in doubt about the translation, simply translate it back to see what you get. If it is close you should be alright!
