  1. Click on “Tools” on the Internet Explorer menu. Go to “Internet Options”. Under the “General” tab, click on “Delete” under “Browsing History”. Click to delete “Form data” and anything you have typed in a search engine will be cleared.

  2. Tools > Internet Options > Delete Browsing History > Delete all.

The Google search history is the form data so you could delete just the form data.

If your not already using Firefox, I strongly recommend it. It’s a much better and safer alternative to IE and you can set it up to clear the history each time you close the browser automatically. I also highly recommend CCleaner. CCleaner is free and removes all traces of your online activities.
